Description:

•Administer/maintain/develop/implements policies, procedures and practices to maintain work flow/improve effectiveness of the database
•Develops interfaces
•Works with end users to automate data flow, etc
•Enhances and maintains the Lawson HRIS & payroll system
•Evaluates user requests for new or modified applications and plans, develops, tests and documents modifications and enhancements.
•Establishes, maintains and monitors database security and performance
•Works with outside contractors to modify/enhance data systems
•Customizes and configures workflow for integration of client/server apps
•Plans and prepares technical reports and instructional manual
•Primary resource for various end-users of the database systems

Criteria
•Bachelors degree in CS equivalent
•LAN/WAN environment
•Microsoft IIS
•Windows 2000 and Active Directory
•SQL Server
•Programming skills in VB
•Lawson HRIS & Payroll
•Knowledge of databases
•Web Development tools
